Thank you for shopping with Stickerfy! We want you to love your stickers — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Due to the nature of our products (made-to-order stickers), returns are accepted only if:
The item you received is damaged
You received the wrong item or design
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size or design selected by the customer
Items that have been used or removed from the backing
Email us at support@stickerfy.shop within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for the next steps.
Once your claim is approved:
You may choose either a replacement of the same item (at no additional cost), or
A full refund back to your original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after approval.Replacement orders will be shipped within 2–4 business days.
If the mistake/damage is on our side, we cover all shipping costs related to the return or replacement.
You do not need to send the damaged/incorrect item back.
